Collections/Accounting Clerk (Bilingual) Details:

Temp-to-Hire position$19.00 /hourFull Time work availableFirst Shift (Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:00pm)Monitoring accounts receivableDocumenting all collection effortsGenerating reports, and handling customer service aspects of unpaid balances

Collections/Accounting Clerk (Bilingual) Qualifications:

1–3 years of experience in collections, billingBilingual (English and Spanish)Customer service, or a related fieldExcellent communication and active listening skillsEmpathetic and patient approach to difficult conversationsStrong problem-solving abilities and attention to detailAbility to manage time effectively and meet performance goalsApplicant may be subject to a background check
