As an Operations Support Specialist, you will support a team of specialists and leads, ensuring efficient operations and performance. You will analyze business data using spreadsheet and database tools, collaborating with department contacts to solve business challenges. Your role will involve managing ad-hoc and recurring reports, maintaining schedule adherence, and supporting leadership with administrative tasks.
Job responsibilities
Visible floor presence to support a team of specialists and leads in daily operations.Analyze business data using spreadsheet and database tools.Design and develop report to provide insights and support decision-making.Collaborate with department contacts to solve business problems.Generate and implement ideas that enhance team and organizational performance.Manage ad-hoc and recurring report analysis.Assist leadership with administrative tasks.Ensure schedule adherence for business units.Conduct report audits from Aspect and eWFM.Oversee OC mailbox, reports, and ad-hoc requests.Actively engages in desk side by sides, coaching, live listening, and support agents through 1:1s, chats, and team meetings.Communicate effectively in a metrics-driven environment.Provide ad hoc support to division leaders.Required Qualifications:
Minimum two years of supervisory or leadership experience.High School Diploma or equivalent.Strong analytical skills and process improvement ability.Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite.Exceptional communication and presentation skills.Ability to delegate tasks and prioritize workloads.Willingness to work in a phone-based customer interaction environment.Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in collections or customer service in a call center.Specialized knowledge for independent thought and action.Shift Requirements: 2-11pm / Mon-Fri – In Office – Shift diff eligible. Must be Flexible. Weekends coverage if needed.
