Job Description
The Collection Analyst is responsible for managing assigned customer accounts, ensuring timely payment of outstanding balances, and maintaining accuracy and integrity across all billing and financial records. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to navigate internal systems to track and resolve issues.

Skills and Requirements
2–5 years of experience in Collections or Accounts Receivable (AR)
B2B collections experience (comfortable working with business customers)
Experience with Salesforce
Experience with Workday
Experience with Excel
Comfortable with high‑volume calling
Strong follow‑up discipline
Ability to communicate professionally with customers and internal teams Cloud Base Genesis
