Design, develop, and deploy IBM Cognos reports, dashboards, and scorecards
Build and maintain Framework Manager (FM) models (Star/Snowflake schemas)
Develop reports using Cognos Report Studio, Query Studio, and Analysis Studio
Optimize report performance and ensure scalability
Work with business users to gather, analyze, and document reporting requirements
Handle data validation, reconciliation, and troubleshooting issues
Support production issues and enhancements
Implement security (row-level, object-level) and user access control
Coordinate with ETL and database teams for data availability and accuracy
Prepare technical documentation and user guides
Strong experience in Framework Manager modeling
Proficiency in SQL (Oracle / SQL Server / DB2)
Good understanding of Data Warehousing concepts
Exposure to ETL tools (Informatica, DataStage, SSIS)
Knowledge of Power BI / Tableau (added advantage)
Banking, Insurance, or Retail domain experience
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
