Code of Ethics Analyst - Hybrid / Boston or Needham, MA Our client, a large professional services organization, is seeking a Code of Ethics Analyst to support key compliance, regulatory, and operational activities within their ethics and business conduct program. This role involves responding to policy‑related inquiries, supporting data‑driven processes, and collaborating with global compliance partners to ensure consistent practices. ResponsibilitiesAddress employee questions related to internal ethics and compliance policiesSupport operational, system, and data components of the ethics program and help identify process improvementsPartner with compliance teams across regions to ensure alignment on procedures and controlsAssist with regulatory training, documentation updates, and adherence to internal guidelinesProvide support during regulatory reviews or examinations as neededServe as an escalation point for offshore team members and maintain updated proceduresQualificationsBachelor's degree required1+ years of experience in financial services operations, compliance, regulatory, or business controlsExperience with Code of Ethics programs strongly preferredExperience with Power Automate, Alteryx, GenAI, or other automation tools preferred
