We’re hiring a Cocktail Server for Barto, our stylish lobby bar featuring handcrafted cocktails and Latin-Caribbean–inspired small plates. Located in the heart of Beach House Fort Lauderdale, a Hilton Resort, our 374-room oceanfront property offers multiple dining venues, a full-service spa, and resort-style amenities. In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of creating memorable, elevated experiences for every guest.

 

The ideal candidate holds 2+ years as server in a fast paced environment, is knowledgeable about pairings, and has a spirit to serve. 

Shift Pattern: Barto is open daily for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. We’re seeking team members with flexible, open availability, as schedules will vary based on business needs. 

Pay Rate: $15 per hour

What will I be doing?

As a Cocktail Server, you would be responsible for serving beverages and/or food to guests. 

Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

       Respond to guest requests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner.       Ensure knowledge of menu and restaurant promotions and specials.       Take guest beverage and/or food orders and input orders in appropriate point-of-sale system.       Retrieve and deliver food and beverage orders in a timely manner.       Replenish beverages and ensure guest satisfaction throughout the meal service.       Serve alcoholic/non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with federal, state, local and company regulations.       Ensure serving station is well-stocked at all times.
