**Industrial Metals Painter** **Location:** Vancouver, WA **Pay:** $20–$23 per hour **About the Role** Join our Finishing Department as a Coatings Helper, where you’ll operate a powder coating spray system to apply durable, weather-resistant finishes primarily on steel components. You’ll also ensure proper curing and hardness through controlled baking processes. **Key Responsibilities** + Apply outdoor/weatherproof coatings using a powder coating spray system. + Bake parts to achieve the required finish hardness. + Support additional shop tasks, including blueprint reading, drilling, sawing, and woodworking. **Essential Skills** + Hands-on experience with powder coating and painting. + Familiarity with wet paint spray systems. **Preferred Qualifications** + Ability to read drawings and blueprints. + Experience with drilling, sawing, and woodworking. **Why Join Us?** Be part of a supportive, family-oriented team with opportunities to cross-train in other fabrication areas.
