Co-packing planning and ensuring the best possible material availability for the responsible co-packers while efficiently utilising resources through procurement planning for specific segments.
**Key responsibilities:**
+ Replenishment planning, including administration of local co-packing activities.
+ Responsible for the weekly creation, implementation and monitoring of co-packing production using SAP APO SNP.
+ Communication of planning problems and bottlenecks as well as the timely handling of activities to remedy any problems that arise in order to ensure delivery capability.
+ Cooperation with co-packers to check the consistency of planned vs. actual production and to review the short-term capacity situation as well as to organise transport to the correct warehouse locations.
+ Minimising residual quantities and write-offs on residual stocks.
+ Independently determining material procurement volumes and ensuring material availability, taking into account the European Contract Coverage Guideline, including plausibility checks.
+ Communicating a material requirements forecast over a defined horizon to suppliers, taking into account the respective procurement strategies.
+ Effective control of material entry/exit processes, taking into account minimum costs/avoidance of destruction (including setting order stops, controlling the process for destroying residual quantities).
+ Implementation of the procurement strategy for all materials with the respective suppliers.
+ Obtaining feedback from suppliers on the submitted requirements plan, including analysis and identification of potential new inventory strategies.
+ Initiating measures to remedy and prevent future supply bottlenecks, with a particular focus on capacity tracking in coordination with the co-packer and packaging procurement.
+ Knows the ethical and legal regulations, provisions and responsibilities of the position and acts accordingly.
**What you will bring**

+ Logistics, co-pack, manufacturing and/or replenishment experience.
+ Ability to solve problems, action-orientated and persevere during setbacks.
+ Business fluent English.
+ Knowledge of German would be an advantage.
+ Able to organize workload and time to deliver high standards, must be able to work to deadlines and set own priorities.
+ Able to build positive working relationships and work collaboratively.
+ Experience in relevant SAP processes.
+ Knowledge of Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
+ Timeliness and accuracy are of paramount importance.
