Co-Director of Behavioral & Integrated Health - Phoenix MRZ Healthcare Center: JFCS is currently seeking a dynamic clinical leader to assume the crucial role of Co-Director of our Central Phoenix Clinic.
The Co-Director is responsible for oversight of all day-to-day operations while providing direct supervision for all integrated health services; this includes primary care, behavioral health, and administrative services impacting clients & families receiving services.
Responsibilities Accountable for meeting the criteria of contractual agreements related to primary care and behavioral health, ensuring the smooth workflow of client transition, discharge, and aftercare programs are conducted with a strengths-based attitude of teamwork and collaborationProvides direct support to clinical managers involved in behavioral and integrative health services to ensure collaboration, shared leadership, and accountability for service delivery requirements of major agencies.Provides oversight to management teams developing treatment plans, while ensuring the adherence to agency policies and procedures.Provides guidance for program structure, re-design, and expansion.Fosters an organizational environment within the site that promotes client access to integrated health and behavioral health services.The Clinical Co-Director will provide a positive working environment for staff and clients, ensuring clinical training needs are accomplished, service delivery targets are met, and financial accountability is achieved.Oversees the performance management of human capital and provides approval for employee status changes, documentation, and contact frequency requirements.Manages and resolves staff, client, policy, external agency or facility conflict using appropriate JFCS and contractual agreement guidelines.Appropriately identifies strengths and weaknesses in process and workflow and is able to match staff talent to program activity and need.Maintains appropriate reporting mechanisms for client intake, treatment plans, health records, clinical counseling, case management, and program & activity outcomes. Qualifications Master's Degree or Ph.D. in Behavioral Health or related human services field.Independent License required (LCSW, LPC, LMFT).Demonstrated experience supervising clinical behavioral health and primary care staff.Three years (3) of high-level supervisory experience within an integrated health clinic or five years (5) of high level supervisory experience within a behavioral health clinic.AZ DPS Fingerprint Clearance Card without Restriction(s)Reliable transportationAZ driver’s licenseAZ auto insuranceBenefits of Working with JFCS:
