In lieu of a Bachelor's Degree, and additional four (4) years of relevant programming experience in the field may be substituted for a total of 16 years. + Twelve (12) years of relevant programming experience in the field (e.g., computer science, information systems, and network engineering). A Master's degree in a relevant discipline may be substituted for two (2) years of experience, reducing the requirement to ten (10) years of relevant experience. A PhD in relevant discipline may be substituted for four (4) years of experience, reducing the requirement to eight (8) years of relevant experience.
