💼 What You’ll Do

As a CNC Wet Mill Operator, you’ll machine copper and other metals into high-performance components. You’ll work on a wide variety of parts and projects—no two days are the same.

Your Responsibilities:Operate CNC mills and lathes with precision.Read and interpret blueprints.Perform secondary operations: drilling, de-burring, fabrication.Use micrometers, calipers, and other tools to ensure quality.

🛠 What You Bring

3–5 years of CNC mill and lathe experience.Strong blueprint reading and machining skills.Ability to maintain tight tolerances.Knowledge of cutting tools, speeds, and feeds.Preferred:CNC mill setup experience.CAD/CAM system familiarity.Experience with Haas, Fanuc, and Fadal CNC mills (Haas preferred).
