Location: Dallas, TX | Pay Rate: $30.17/hour | Schedule: Weekend Nights (4pm – 2:40 am)

What You’ll Do Every Day 

You’ll work in a fast-paced, high-tech manufacturing environment, setting up and operating automated CNC equipment to fabricate critical parts. 

Key Responsibilities: 

Operate automated CNC machines using existing programs 

Test programs and verify machine setup per drawings and specifications 

Remove, replace, and inspect cutting tools; adjust offsets as needed 

Manipulate programs to ensure proper insert fit and material conformity 

Inspect materials and finished parts for compliance with blueprints, models, and engineering documents 

Identify materials and select appropriate cutting tools 

Set up and inspect materials for serviceability 

Additional Duties: 

Monitor material supply levels 

Perform and validate preventative maintenance and minor machine repairs 

Complete required paperwork and production documentation 

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment 

Comply with 5S, Environmental, Health, and Safety standards 

Perform other duties as assigned 

 
 

What We’re Looking For 

Required Qualifications 

High School Diploma or GED 

Minimum of 2 years of related experience or education, including 

At least 1 year of experience with similar automated equipment 

Preferred Qualifications 

CNC experience in a manufacturing or aerospace environment 

Ability to read and interpret blueprints and engineering documents 

Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail 

Familiarity with shop math, materials, and layout techniques

Pay Details: $30.17 per hour
