**LANSDALE IS HIRING FOR A CNC MACHINE OPERATOR-PERMANENT ROLE*** **See below for qualifications!** **Responsibilities** + Operate CNC machines and have the capability to set them up from start to finish using drawings, prints, and tool lists. + Maximize efficiency and productivity with tooling and fixturing. + Edit programs using G-Code for simple to medium complexity parts. + Change worn and damaged tools in machines throughout the production process. + Load programs and tools into CNC machines and verify their accuracy before starting production runs. + Troubleshoot problematic setups and document any changes made. + Perform first piece and in-process inspections on parts to ensure they meet quality standards. + Conduct basic maintenance on CNC equipment and maintain a clean and safe work environment. **Must have:** + Experience as a CNC Operator with the ability to read and interpret blueprints. + Proficiency in operating, setting up, and machining with CNC milling machines. + Knowledge of G-Code and precision measurement tools like calipers and micrometers. + Familiarity with Fanuc control systems and vertical milling machines. + Minimum of 1+ years of experience working as a CNC Operator or Machinist. + Prior experience with tooling and fixturing is required. **Hours/Schedule:** Shift: 7am-330pm (Daytime) (Monday- Friday) potential for OT **BENEFITS OF WORKING HERE:** - Free meals provided on site every day by the company's executive chef - Sports tickets to the Phillies (Hall of Fame Club) / Flyers (Cadillac Grill) are distributed by the sports committee - 401K - 75% Company Paid Independence Blue Cross Blue Sheild (No waiting period for benefits) - Dental, vision - ST/LT/Life Insurance Plans - Company is expanding, working on adding another facility- more growth opportunities **Salary: $40,000-$45,000/year** **Job Type & Location** This is a Permanent position based out of North Wales, PA. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $39520.00 - $45760.00/yr.
