Job Title: CNC Swiss Programmer
Job Description

This role involves a combination of programming and hands-on machining. The CNC Swiss Programmer will dedicate approximately 70% of their time to programming on Esprit, focusing on process improvement for parts and programs, and enhancing efficiency in part production. The remaining 30% will be spent operating machines and running parts, working predominantly with aluminum and occasionally with precious metals. The position requires writing and improving programs in Esprit for all Citizen machines, inputting metal into the vise, and ensuring the machines run correctly. Additionally, the role includes visual inspection of parts using general quality equipment, such as micrometers, pin gauges, and calipers, and working from blueprints on repeat jobs.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Minneapolis, Minnesota.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $38.00 - $41.00/hr.
