**Job Description**
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented CNC Programmer to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating, optimizing, and maintaining CNC programs for the production of precision components. This role is critical to ensuring high-quality output and efficient machining operations.
**Responsibilities**
+ Develop and optimize CNC programs using CAD/CAM software such as Mastercam and Fusion 360.
+ Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications to determine machining operations.
+ Set up and troubleshoot CNC machines including mills, lathes, and multi-axis equipment.
+ Collaborate with engineers and machinists to improve processes and reduce cycle times.
+ Perform test runs and inspections to ensure accuracy and quality of machined components.
+ Maintain documentation for programs, setups, and tooling.
+ Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
**Essential Skills**
+ 3+ years of experience in CNC programming and machining.
+ Proficiency in G-code and CAM software.
+ Strong understanding of materials, tooling, and machining processes.
+ Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
+ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Associate degree or technical certification in CNC machining, manufacturing technology, or related field.
+ Experience with tight-tolerance automotive or aerospace components.
+ Familiarity with ISO 9001 or other quality management systems.
+ Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles.

**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $48.00/hr.
