Job Title: CNC Swiss Machinist | All Shifts

Job Description

As a Swiss Machinist, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining CNC or Swiss equipment to fabricate production parts that meet high standards for quality and production rates. You will make adjustments and monitor equipment to ensure dimensional integrity, troubleshoot and correct problems, deburr, buff, sand parts to meet specifications, inspect parts visually and dimensionally using basic inspection equipment and techniques, and perform preventative machine maintenance as needed.

Responsibilities

Set up, operate, and maintain CNC or Swiss equipment.Fabricate Swiss production parts to meet quality and production standards.Adjust and monitor equipment to ensure dimensional part integrity.Troubleshoot and correct issues with equipment.Deburr, buff, and sand parts to meet print specifications.Inspect parts visually and dimensionally using basic inspection equipment and techniques.Perform preventative machine maintenance as required.

Essential Skills

Minimum of 2 years of CNC Setup experience.Ability to read and understand blueprints.Experience with small precision and tolerance parts.Basic knowledge of lean manufacturing.High School Diploma.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Experience with Rollomatic, Tornos, Trumark, Mazak, and DMG Mori machinery is preferred.Experience in the medical device industry is a plus.

Work in a clean room environment with modernized machinery and equipment. Experience cutting-edge Swiss machines including Citizen, Stars, and Tornos. While PPE gowning is not required, enjoy a clean and air-conditioned workspace.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $45760.00 - $63000.00/yr.
