Job Title: CNC Swiss Machinist

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled CNC Swiss Machinist to join our team in a dynamic job shop environment. You will be responsible for reading blueprints, selecting tooling, and setting up CNC Swiss machines. Our facility focuses on both short and medium runs and has capabilities in Swiss, milling, and lathe work, dealing with both plastics and metals.

Responsibilities

Read and interpret blueprints for production.Select appropriate tooling for CNC Swiss machines.Set up and operate CNC Swiss machines efficiently.Work with materials including plastics and metals.Collaborate with team members to ensure quality and accuracy.

Essential Skills

Proficiency in CNC operations.SolidWorks experience.Knowledge of G & M codes.Experience with multi-axis and VMC machinery.Familiarity with HAAS machines.Capability to read blueprints and use precision measuring tools like micrometers and calipers.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Experience with CNC Mills or relevant schooling.5+ years of active Swiss machining experience is preferred.Familiarity with Citizen Swiss machines is advantageous.Programming capabilities both on and offline are a plus.

We work primarily with plastics and metals, creating large plastic filtration parts for industrial applications and transforming prototypes into practical components. The pay range for this position is $54080.00 - $68640.00/yr.
