CNC Swiss Machinist

Job Description

Join our team as a CNC Swiss Machinist where you will set up and operate Citizen L20, L12, M32 Swiss machines. Setting up and running jobs, producing parts for the medical device industry, utilizing materials such as stainless steel, plastic, aluminum, steel, and titanium. This role involves performing tool changes, offsets, and program edits, as well as conducting your own inspections using basic hand tools.

ResponsibilitiesSet up and operate Citizen Swiss machines.Perform tool changes, offsets, and program edits.Produce parts from materials like stainless steel, plastic, aluminum, steel, and titanium.Conduct first article and final inspections using basic hand tools.Essential Skills2+ years of CNC Swiss experience.Ability to set up and run jobs on CNC Citizen Machines.Proficiency in performing general inspection on parts.Additional Skills & QualificationsDegree in CNC Machining or similar is beneficial.Esprit program knowledge Experience with 5 axis CNC Milling is a plus.Shifts:

2nd shift: 2pm - 1030pm Mon - Fri

2nd shift: 330pm - 2am Mon - Thu

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $40000.00 - $75000.00/yr.

PTO Structure:

This is a fully onsite position in Maple Grove,MN.
