**Description** Lead CNC machine shop operators and assistant/s to machine product needed for assembly, engineering and other business purposes. Ensures a customer-centric orientation specifically with regards to on time delivery of a quality product. Hands on support including programming and running machines. Operating and setting up CNC mills and lathes to produce precision medical device components with high quality and efficiency. This role requires a strong understanding of machining processes, attention to detail, and adherence to strict regulatory and quality standards in a medical device manufacturing environment. Shift: Mon-Thurs 5:00am-3:00pm Pay: 80k-92k ($38.50-44.00 hourly) Job Functions - Lead daily operations by assigning tasks, scheduling personnel, and ensuring alignment with plant and company goals. - Drive associate productivity, accountability, and performance through effective leadership, training, and conflict resolution. - Enforce safety protocols, procedural compliance, and promote good housekeeping practices. - Ensure quality standards, on-time delivery, and documentation accuracy in line with GMP and company expectations. - Monitor and maintain proper use of equipment, coordinate routine maintenance, and manage supply inventory. - Support continuous improvement by identifying process enhancements and escalating issues as needed. - Communicate progress, challenges, and updates to management and cross-functional teams. - Perform component packaging, testing, and non-compliance handling per documented procedures. - Carry out additional duties as assigned to support business needs.
