**Job Title: CNC Setup Technician** **Job Description** We are seeking a skilled CNC Setup Technician to perform multiple setups per day on Doosan and Makino Mills, as well as manual Bridgeport Mills, to produce stainless steel and aluminum products. The role involves working with 3-axis and 5-axis CNC milling machines, handling around 3-5 setups daily, and requires working off blueprints and utilizing micrometers and calipers for precise measurements. **Responsibilities** + Perform multiple CNC setups per day on Doosan and Makino Mills. + Operate manual Bridgeport Mills for various production tasks. + Work from blueprints to ensure accurate production outcomes. + Conduct 1st and last piece inspections to maintain quality standards. + Edit G and M codes as required. + Troubleshoot and perform minor preventive maintenance on machinery. **Essential Skills** + Proficiency in CNC setup and machine operations, particularly with 3-axis and 5-axis mills. + Experience with micrometers and calipers for precision measurements. + Ability to read and interpret blueprints. + At least 2 years of experience setting up and running CNC Mills. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience with TIG welding on stainless steel and aluminum is a plus. + 1 year of experience editing G and M codes. + Familiarity with machining, programming, and troubleshooting techniques. **Why Work Here?** Join a stable and growing company with a low turnover rate and a reputable name in the market.
