CNC Router Set Up Operator Perform work as assigned utilizing routine and/or non-routine work cards and/or service bulletins within estimated or budgeted hours and within FAA and ZIM standards of quality with minimal assistance from supervisor. Perform typical CNC and Manual fabrication shop operations; operate CNC/Manual routing and drilling machines (horizontal and vertical). Fabricate and assemble aircraft interior parts and components as directed. Perform layout and prepare shop drawings as required. Perform routine maintenance on equipment as directed in the manuals. Understand and maintain ZIM and customer aircraft maintenance documentation programs. Promote a culture of safety by monitoring self and others to assure all duties are performed within the guidelines as specified by the ZIM Team Member Safety Manual. Use and operate safely all appropriate hand tools and other machinery associated with the Interior Fabrication shop. Read and use blueprints, and drawings and engineering orders.  
JOB QUALIFICATIONS: High School Diploma or equivalent. Must have own tools as required by company tool list. Minimum of 2 years as a CNC operator Minimum of 2 years in interior fabrication Flexible to work any shift and prolonged hours to meet schedule demands. Read, write and understand the English language. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
