CNC Router Operator
**Job Title: CNC Operator** **Job Description** We are seeking a skilled CNC Operator to join a leading manufacturer of soundproof and acoustic paneling for customers. As a CNC Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining CNC machines to produce high-quality acoustic panels according to specifications. **Responsibilities** + Set up and operate CNC machines to perform tasks such as drilling, grinding, milling, and turning. + Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications to ensure accurate production. + Monitor machine operations to detect malfunctions and make necessary adjustments. + Perform routine maintenance on CNC machines to ensure optimal performance. + Inspect finished products for quality and adherence to specifications. + Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines. + Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment. **Essential Skills** + Proven experience as a CNC Operator or similar role. + Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and blueprints. + Strong attention to detail and precision in work. + Ability to troubleshoot and resolve machine issues. + Excellent communication and teamwork skills. + Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + High school diploma. **Why Work Here?** Join a small team where growth from within is encouraged.
