What You’ll Do

As a CNC Punch Operator, you’ll play a key role in transforming raw materials into precision-engineered parts. Your responsibilities will include:

🖥️ Nesting & Setup: Use computer software to nest parts onto sheets and set up CNC punch machines based on technical drawings and specifications.⚙️ Machine Operation: Load materials, calibrate machines, and ensure accurate punching with proper alignment.🧾 Labeling & Organization: Label finished parts and organize them efficiently on carts for the next stage of production.📦 Inventory Management: Monitor and manage raw material inventory to ensure smooth operations.🔄 Communication: Collaborate with team members to update job status and machine performance.🧰 Maintenance: Perform routine checks, maintain hydraulic fluid levels, and grease bearing surfaces to keep machines running smoothly.🔍 Quality Control: Inspect finished products to ensure they meet exacting standards and specifications.📝 Documentation: Record part production and maintain organized digital and physical files.🦺 Safety First: Follow all safety protocols to maintain a clean and secure work environment.➕ Additional Tasks: Take on other duties as assigned to support team success.What You Bring

We’re looking for someone who combines technical skill with a proactive mindset. Ideal candidates will have:

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
