CNC Programmer Machinist
**Job Title: Lathe Machinist and Programmer** **Job Description** Join a dynamic and family-owned fabrication/machine shop in Clackamas as a Lathe Machinist. We seek a dedicated professional with experience in CNC Mill setup and a working knowledge of G code editing. This role is perfect for someone comfortable in a fast-paced production environment and capable of working independently with various CNC Mills. Intermediate experience with CAD/CAM Software is essential. **Responsibilities** + Set up CNC Mills accurately and efficiently. + Program machines for optimal performance. + Perform thorough inspections to ensure quality standards are met. **Essential Skills** + Experience in CNC Mill setup and operation. + Knowledge of G code editing. + Intermediate proficiency in CAD/CAM Software. + Ability to read and interpret blueprints. + Experience in troubleshooting and programming. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Prior CNC machining experience in a job shop environment preferred. + Ability to operate and inspect parts effectively. **Work Environment** Experience a smaller shop environment with fewer than 50 people. The dress code is casual, requiring work boots. Flexibility is essential in this job shop setting, ensuring a dynamic and engaging work experience. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $35.00/hr.
