Job Description
The CNC Programmer Machinist will program, set up, and operate 2, 3, 4, and/or 5-axis CNC machines, as well as conventional machines, to produce complex aerospace parts. The role requires advanced cross-training flexibility and experience with a wide range of automated CNC machines and their operational capabilities.
ResponsibilitiesProgram, set up, and operate different types of CNC machines.Perform pre-operational inspections of CNC machines.Read and understand blueprints, manuals, and specifications to determine dimensions and tolerances of finished work pieces.Perform complex set-ups without assistance on multiple machines, including checking or changing chucking jaws, tools, and rotating offsets.Inspect and ensure quality of finished products.Essential SkillsMinimum of 3 years of CNC programmer experience.Proficiency in Mastercam software.Experience working with metals such as stainless steel, Inconel, and titanium.Ability to read and understand blueprints.Experience with 2, 3, 4, or 5-axis CNC machines, with preference for experience with 2 or 5-axis.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience with Mazatrol, Okuma, and Fanuc controls.Experience with machines such as Okuma, Hitachi Seiki.Why Work Here?

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $27.00 - $33.00/hr.
