CNC Programmer / Machine Setup **Dyersville Die Cast** 1 Positions ID: 86806 Posted On 01/29/2026 **Job Overview** **CNC Programmer / Machine Setup** Dyersville Die Cast – Dyersville, IA **Job Summary** Dyersville Die Cast is seeking skilled CNC Programmers / Machine Setup Technicians to join our CNC Department. This role is responsible for advanced CNC programming, machine setup, tooling and fixture management, and providing technical and leadership support to production teams. Day and night shifts are available. **Schedule & Pay** + **Sign-On Bonus: $1,000** + Full-time, hourly position + Standard schedule: Four (4) ten-hour shifts + Day and night shift opportunities available + Overtime may be required or voluntary based on production needs + Competitive wages based on experience + $2.00 per hour night shift differential **Key Responsibilities** + Set up, operate, and troubleshoot CNC and manual machines + Create, edit, optimize, and maintain CNC programs for milling machines + Program and support CNC equipment including Brothers and Okuma machines + Utilize G-code and Mastercam to develop and modify CNC programs + Manage CNC program documentation, revisions, and version control + Manage cutting tools, fixtures, and work holding + Collaborate with engineers and machinists to ensure efficient production + Troubleshoot and debug CNC programs to optimize machine performance + Train and support machinists and operators + Ensure adherence to quality and safety standards + Maintain a clean and safe work environment **Qualifications** + Minimum 1 year of CNC programming experience required + Minimum 1 year of G-code programming experience required + Experience programming CNC milling machines using G-code and Mastercam required + Experience with Brothers and Okuma machines required + Manufacturing experience required + Strong attention to detail and safety + English required; Spanish a plus + Authorized to work in the United States + Ability to commute to Dyersville, IA 52040 **Physical Requirements** + Ability to stand for up to 10 hours per shift + Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally **Benefits** + Health insurance + Dental insurance + 401(k) + Life insurance + Paid time off (PTO) + Tuition reimbursement Dyersville Die Cast is an Equal Opportunity Employer and a Drug-Free Workplace.
