This role works closely with engineering and plant personnel to ensure accurate, efficient production of engineered-to-order HVAC equipment. The ideal candidate has strong AutoCAD experience, mechanical aptitude, and a desire to continue developing technical skills in a manufacturing environment.ResponsibilitiesDevelop, modify, and maintain CNC programs using in-house CNC processes and softwareCreate fabrication, assembly drawings, and bills of materials using AutoCAD and internal design programsCoordinate tooling needs, CNC standards, and machine operation requirements with engineering and plant teamsCommunicate with Design Engineering, Production Engineering, and plant personnel to execute accurate fabrication drawingsSupport continuous improvement through ongoing learning of drawing methods, tools, and best practicesQualifications and RequirementsAssociate’s degree or 2+ years of experience in CNC programming, CAD, or engineering technologyAutoCAD experience required; NC Express or similar CNC software experience preferredUnderstanding of basic mechanical engineering design processesStrong math, communication, and organizational skillsERP and sheet metal or metal fabrication experience preferred but not requiredBenefits and Perks$21.00 per hour pay rateMedical, dental, and vision benefitsPaid holidaysTraining and professional growth opportunitiesYour New OrganizationYou will be joining a manufacturing organization that values collaboration, precision, and continuous improvement.
