**Job Title: CNC Programmer and Operator** **Job Description** Join a close-knit team in a small plastic injection tooling division as a CNC Programmer and Machinist. Our shop specializes in handling plastic injection molds and repairs. We are seeking a skilled team player who can program from scratch using WorkNC or Mastercam and operate a CNC mill with Fanuc controls. You will be responsible for performing your own setup, tool changes, and mold making on the shop floor. **Responsibilities** + Program CNC machines from scratch using WorkNC or Mastercam software. + Operate CNC mills with Fanuc controls, handling setup, tool changes, and complete machine operation. + Read blueprints and program machines accordingly. + Build, maintain, and repair plastic injection molds using machining techniques such as lathes, mills, and grinders. + Utilize welding and polishing skills to create or modify components. **Essential Skills** + Proficiency in CNC mill programming in both 2D and 3D using WorkNC or Mastercam. + Ability to read and interpret blueprints for programming purposes. + Experience with CNC mill setup, tool changes, and operations using Fanuc controls. + Experience in mold making and repair. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience with benching/manual CNC use: mills, lathes, grinders, and Bridgeports. + Experience operating a Wire EDM. **Why Work Here?** Become a part of a family-owned company recently acquired in 2024, maintaining a supportive work culture with tenured team members.
