**Job Title: CNC Programmer and Operator** **Job Description** Join a dynamic team in Sterling Heights within a specialized plastic injection tooling division as a CNC Programmer and Machinist. This small shop of dedicated professionals focuses on crafting and repairing plastic injection molds. We are seeking a team player who can program from scratch using WorkNC or Mastercam, operate a CNC mill with Fanuc controls, and manage the entire process from setup to tool changes and mold creation. **Responsibilities** + Program CNC mills from scratch using WorkNC or Mastercam software. + Set up CNC mills, including tool changes, and manage the entire operation cycle. + Read and interpret blueprints to guide programming and machining processes. + Perform mold repairs and ensure quality in plastic injection mold production. + Operate CNC mills with Fanuc controls efficiently and independently. **Essential Skills** + Proficiency in CNC Mill Programming in 2D & 3D using WorkNC or Mastercam. + Strong ability to read and program from blueprints. + Experience in CNC mill setup, tool changes, and operation using Fanuc controls. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Background in mold making, with the ability to perform repairs. + Experience in benching and manual CNC operation, including mills, lathes, grinders, and bridgeports. + Familiarity with running a Wire EDM machine. **Why Work Here?** Experience the benefits of working in a family-owned company with a close-knit team of fully tenured professionals.
