Job Title: CNC Programmer and Manufacturing Operator

Location: Calgary, Alberta

Job Type: Contract to Hire

Schedule: Monday to Friday, Flexible shifts (7 AM–4 PM or 8 AM–5 PM)

Overview

We are seeking a skilled CNC Programmer and Manufacturing Operator to join our growing team. This role is ideal for candidates with hands-on experience in CNC programming, prototype testing, and manufacturing process development. You will work closely with our engineering team to support production, execute qualification tests, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Qualifications

2–4 years of experience in CNC programming and manufacturing operationsProficiency in G-code and CNC machine controlsStrong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook)Effective communication skills in English (written and verbal)Experience working with engineering teams in a production environment

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $43.00/hr.
