**Job Title: Programmer & Operator** **Job Description** We are seeking a Programmer with fabrication experience to oversee and enhance our manufacturing processes from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess a robust technical foundation coupled with excellent communication skills. CNC experience required. **Responsibilities** + Create, modify, or delete manufacturing processes as needed. + Research and implement new manufacturing processes. + Ensure all new manufacturing processes adhere to government regulations. + Operate machinery and assist with fabrication tasks. **Essential Skills** + Proficiency in CNC programming. + Strong skills in AutoCAD and blueprint reading. + Ability to operate machinery and familiarity with sheet metal machining. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience and understanding of SolidWorks. + Prior experience in the manufacturing/fabrication field. + Detail-oriented mindset. **Why Work Here?** Join a company with a rich history of over 60 years in the industry. The work schedule includes 1st shift from Monday to Friday, 7am to 3:45pm, and 2nd shift from Monday to Thursday, 3:30pm to 1:30am. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of the North Charleston, South Carolina area. We also have electrical technician openings. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $45.00/hr.
