\n\t\t\t\t\tAdditional Skills & Qualifications
\n\t\t\t\t\t\tAnalyzes drawings, sketches, and design intent to determine the machining code. \n\tUtilizes charts and table for calculations related to part setup and tooling speeds and feeds.\n\tMaintains all tooling, MRO’s and provide training for new machinist.\n\tReads various machinist measuring tools and gauges, such as machinist scales, micrometers, and calipers.\n\tRecognizes when machinery is not properly adjusted and adjusts as required.\n\tLocates tools, parts, and materials for upcoming production.\n\tPrograms and creates prototype parts from the various machining centers and burn tables in support of production initiatives.\n\tUses nesting software to program jobs on plasma tables.\n\tOccasionally runs the CNC center if needed to fill in for other operators.\n\tTracking plate inventory to maintain production.\n\tAble to support production schedule either by phone or in person while off shift.

The pay range for this position is $82000.00 - $94000.00/yr.
