**Job Title: CNC Programmer** **Job Description** We are seeking a skilled CNC Programmer who can efficiently interpret and follow detailed engineering drawings and instructions to produce precise parts. This role requires expertise in programming, setting up, and operating CNC machines, along with designing and making necessary fixtures and tools. **Responsibilities** + Write programs from scratch for variety of industries + Program, set-up, and operate CNC machines and other equipment in the machine shop. + Design and create fixtures, jigs, tools, soft vise jaws, and shop aids. + Utilize various measuring and inspection tools to ensure piece part inspection and compliance. + Maintain a clean and safe work area and produce piece parts and tooling as needed. + Meet or exceed productivity, quality, and safety standards. + Collaborate with co-workers for job skill transfer. + Perform maintenance on machines and equipment as required. + Assist with moving parts/materials, loading/unloading, sweeping, and cleaning. **Essential Skills** + Ability to write and communicate effectively in English. + Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and knowledge in GD&T. + Familiarity with measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and CMM. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Ability to interact effectively with peers and supervisors. + Adherence to workplace rules and safety standards. + Capability to work with oils, degreasers, and other machining tools. **Why Work Here?** This is a long-term union opportunity within a growing company, offering job security and professional growth. **Job Type & Location** This is a Permanent position based out of Hackensack, NJ. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $72800.00 - $104000.00/yr. union opportunity full benefits, health, dental, vision 401k sick, vacation, holidays **Workplace Type** This is a fully onsite position in Hackensack,NJ. **Application Deadline** This position is anticipated to close on Feb 27, 2026. **About Aerotek:** We know that finding work is hard, and finding meaningful work is harder.
