Create, edit, and optimize CNC programs using Mastercam for milling and/or turning operations.Interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, GD&T, and customer specifications to ensure accurate part production.Select proper tooling, fixturing, speeds/feeds, and machining strategies for efficiency and quality.Work closely with CNC machinists to support setup, prove-outs, troubleshooting, and first-article inspections.Adjust programs or machining processes to improve cycle times, surface finish, and tool life.Verify programs by performing dry runs, simulations, and machine offsets.Maintain accurate documentation of revisions, setups, and program files.Follow all safety policies, quality standards, and 5S practices to maintain a clean and safe work environment.Assist with continuous improvement initiatives and process development. Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $43.27 - $57.69/hr.
