Description - Ability to program, setup, operate, and maintain numerous CNC machines. - Experience with Mastercam software for programming of CNC mills, lathes, and multi-task equipment. - Ability to understand G & M codes, Mazatrol programming, blueprint reading, and GD&T. Must have Integrex i Series experience. - Ability to determine machining sequence and methodology. - Must be able to identify and procure the appropriate cutting tools needed to perform necessary CNC machining functions. - Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, test/prove-out programming, and make adjustments. - Establish inspections and monitoring of key dimensions through the use of CNC controls as well as end-item measurements with standard measuring equipment and gaging. - Perform Machinist/Toolmaker duties and responsibilities.
