Description Urgent role creating and optimizing CNC programs in Siemens NX for complex aerospace components. Requires proven experience programming 4‑axis and 5‑axis machines, including setup, simulation, and prove‑out. Must read/interpret aerospace drawings, tolerances, and understand how plating, surface treatments, and heat‑treat affect machining strategy. Works closely with process engineering to finalize tooling, fixtures, sequencing, and cycle‑time improvements. Ideal experience includes aerospace machining in job‑shop environments with high mix/low volume precision parts. Onsite in Westfield, 45+ hours/week with overtime as needed to support backlog.
