CNC Programmer
We are seeking a proficient, competent, and skilled CNC Machine Programmer. As a CNC Machine Programmer, you will be responsible for utilizing your expertise in CNC Router and CAD/CAM software to program and operate our manufacturing equipment.

Temp-to-Hire position$18.00 to $20.00 /hourFull Time work availableFirst Shift (Monday through Friday from 07:00am to 03:30pm)Program and setup CNC Router machines using SigmaNEST and OMAX software.Create and modify CAD/CAM designs to meet production requirements.Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.Collaborate, communicate, and cooperate with the production team to optimize manufacturing processes.Ensure quality control by inspecting finished products for accuracy and adherence to specifications.Adhere to safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized work area.Learn and understand basic setup and operation of CNC machines.CNC Programmer Qualifications:
Experience with CAD/CAM software, such as SigmaNEST and OMAX LayoutProven experience in CNC programming Familiarity with CAM software Ability to read, interpret, and work from engineering drawings and blueprintsStrong problem-solving skills -able to debug programs and machine issues.Ability to work independently with high levels of accountabilityGood verbal and written communication in English (required).
