**Job Title: Programmer** **Job Description** The Programmer will be responsible for scheduling and executing programming assignments using CNC machinery, ensuring quality and efficiency in the production process. This role requires a thorough review of prints and models to determine the best machine and tooling strategies, along with verifying programs using MasterCam software. **Responsibilities** + Receive work assignments and schedule programming tasks according to due dates. + Review prints and models to select optimal CNC machinery and tooling. + Verify programs and collaborate with operators using current MasterCam software. + Evaluate and order necessary tooling, design fixtures, and interface with operators. + Maintain workflow by ensuring operators have the required programs on time. + Communicate with machine operators about operations, tooling, and fixturing. + Preserve proven programs and maintain company standards and core values. + Direct requests for software, tooling, and fixturing to the Plant Manager. + Enhance professional knowledge through workshops, publications, and networking. + Ensure a safe and healthy work environment by adhering to OSHA requirements. **Essential Skills** + **Proficiency in programming and MasterCam 2025 software** . + Knowledge of 5 Axis metal manufacturing and metal forming. + Experience with blueprint reading, CNC programming, and machinery setup. + Understanding of GD&T and machining processes. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience with manufacturing equipment and processes. + Strong understanding of tooling equipment, tooling processes, and industrial standards. + Ability to make effective decisions by analyzing information and considering priorities. + Commitment to maintaining quality standards and a safe work environment. + Experience in the setup and operation of manufacturing equipment. + Problem-solving skills and ability to collaborate with others for process improvement. + Excellent attendance and ability to complete quality work on time. + Capability to supervise employees, assign tasks, and check work frequently. **Why Work Here?** Join a growing company with a beautiful, temperature-controlled work environment featuring a cafeteria and family-like atmosphere. The position may require some overtime, which will be determined after training is complete. **Job Type & Location** This is a Permanent position based out of Twinsburg, OH. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $72800.00 - $93600.00/yr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
