Job Title: CNC Programming SupervisorJob Description

We are seeking a skilled CNC Programming Supervisor to join our aerospace and commercial parts manufacturing team. This role involves overseeing the programming, setup, and operation of CNC machines, utilizing Mastercam software. As a leader in our machine shop, you will supervise a team of machinists and ensure efficient production processes.

ResponsibilitiesSupervise and lead a small team of machinists in the machine shop.Program CNC machines using Mastercam software.Set up and operate CNC machines, ensuring precision and efficiency.Delegate tasks and responsibilities to machinists to optimize workflow.Manage machine shop operations, including 5-axis machining and prototype development.Ensure adherence to blueprints, GD&T specifications, and tooling requirements.
Essential SkillsProficiency in CNC programming, particularly with Mastercam.Experience in setting up and operating CNC machines.Strong leadership and team management skills.Knowledge of 5-axis machining processes.Familiarity with blueprints, GD&T, and tooling specifications.
Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience with lathe and mill operations.Understanding of CAM software and programming CNC machines.Proficiency in Autocad and G-code programming.Knowledge of Haas and Fanuc systems.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $40.00/hr.
