Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled CNC Programmer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have experience programming CNC machines for complex aerospace components, with a strong understanding of G-code, CAD/CAM software, and machining processes.

Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and optimize CNC programs for multi-axis machines.Interpret engineering drawings and blueprints to create accurate machining instructions.Collaborate with machinists and engineers to ensure efficient production workflows.Perform test runs and adjust programs to ensure precision and quality.Maintain documentation for all CNC programs and revisions.QualificationsMinimum 3 years of CNC programming experience, preferably in aerospace or precision manufacturing.Proficiency in CAD/CAM software (e.g., Mastercam, Fusion 360, SolidWorks).Strong knowledge of G-code and CNC machine operations.Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and GD&T.Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.BenefitsCompetitive hourly rate of $35Health, dental, and vision insurancePaid time off and holidaysOpportunities for advancement and training

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
