Salary Range: $62,400 – $76,960 annually
About the RoleDynamic, creative, project-based company developing products for medical, aerospace, industrial, and consumer markets. Due to exponential growth, we are seeking a CNC Programmer to help reduce lead times from six weeks to three by increasing machined hours. You’ll work alongside a tight-knit team of Industrial Designers, Engineers, Machinists, and Product Fabricators to deliver exceptional designs, prototypes, and products.
Key ResponsibilitiesSetup and run 3, 4, and 5-axis CNC mills and CNC lathes (Haas and DMG Mori/Siemens Control preferred)Light programming and prototype part developmentCAM programming, fixture design, and machine setup (MasterCAM preferred)Project management, scheduling, inspection, CMM, and quality documentationOrder tooling and materials as neededCommunicate optimization ideas to engineeringTrack time and materials to meet production and budget goalsRequired SkillsCNC programming (5+ years)MasterCAM and SolidWorks proficiencyMill programming and CNC setupGD&T understandingPrototyping and lathe experienceAbility to lift 50 lbs and work in a fabrication shopStrong problem-solving and critical thinking skillsIndependent work ethic and team collaborationWhy Join Our Team?Small prototype shop with custom productsClean, collaborative, and innovative environmentTight-knit team with independent work cultureCompetitive benefits and growth opportunitiesPay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $62400.00 - $76960.00/yr.
