**Job Title: Programmer**
**Job Description**
As a Programmer, you will be responsible for programming using Mastercam or Camworks software. This role offers long-term growth opportunities and provides training based on your level of experience, all conducted during the first shift.
**Responsibilities**
+ Utilize Mastercam or Camworks software for programming tasks.
+ Engage in CNC programming and machining.
+ Interpret and work with blueprints and G&M code.
+ Collaborate effectively with coworkers to ensure smooth workflow.
**Essential Skills**
+ Proficiency in CNC programming.
+ Experience with Mastercam and Camworks software.
+ Ability to interpret blueprints and understand G&M code.
+ Effective communication skills with coworkers.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Minimum of 3 years of experience working with Camworks or Mastercam.
+ Experience with Haas machines is preferred but not required.
+ Positive attitude and strong motivation to perform job duties.

The shop houses a total of 23 CNC machines and is still in the process of getting fully set up. The environment is clean, well-lit, and conducive to productivity. The culture is laid-back, encouraging employees to complete their tasks efficiently and enjoy their personal time outside of work.
**Job Type & Location**
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Waconia, Minnesota.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
