Job Description
We are seeking a skilled CNC Programmer to join our team, responsible for programming CNC machines to produce parts according to customer specifications. The ideal candidate should have a strong experience in CNC programming for mills and lathes, a passion for precision and accuracy, and at least 3+ years of relevant experience in a design and manufacturing environment.
ResponsibilitiesEdit programs and set up CNC mills and lathes.Change out tools and parts in the machine.Program CNC machines to ensure parts meet customer specifications.Collaborate within a team setting to achieve production goals.Use precision measuring tools to ensure accuracy of machined parts.Essential SkillsMastercam programming for milling and turning with 2 years of experience.3 to 5 years of related experience in CNC programming, preferably 4 years with mills/lathes.Proficient in G&M code programming.Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints and solid models.Effective communication skills in English, both verbally and written.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience with GD & T tolerancing, preferred 3 years.Understanding of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form.Ability to perform basic mathematical computations including geometry and trigonometry.Proficient in AutoCAD with 2 years of experience.Ability to use a variety of precision tools and machinery, including lathe, manual milling machine, drill press, and hydraulic press.Why Work Here?

Work Environment
The position is located in a machine shop setting that is not climate-controlled. It requires adherence to safety protocols, including wearing steel-toed shoes and safety glasses. The environment may not be clean but is manageable, offering hands-on work with various machinery and tools.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $58240.00 - $66560.00/yr.
