**Job Title: CNC Programmer** **Job Description** We are seeking a skilled CNC Programmer to join our team, responsible for programming CNC machines to produce parts according to customer specifications. The ideal candidate should have a strong experience in CNC programming for mills and lathes, a passion for precision and accuracy, and at least 3+ years of relevant experience in a design and manufacturing environment. **Responsibilities** + Edit programs and set up CNC mills and lathes. + Change out tools and parts in the machine. + Program CNC machines to ensure parts meet customer specifications. + Collaborate within a team setting to achieve production goals. + Use precision measuring tools to ensure accuracy of machined parts. **Essential Skills** + Mastercam programming for milling and turning with 2 years of experience. + 3 to 5 years of related experience in CNC programming, preferably 4 years with mills/lathes. + Proficient in G&M code programming. + Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints and solid models. + Effective communication skills in English, both verbally and written. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience with GD & T tolerancing, preferred 3 years. + Understanding of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form. + Ability to perform basic mathematical computations including geometry and trigonometry. + Proficient in AutoCAD with 2 years of experience. + Ability to use a variety of precision tools and machinery, including lathe, manual milling machine, drill press, and hydraulic press. **Why Work Here?** Our team fosters a family-feel environment, offering long-term and permanent opportunities with upward mobility.
