**Job Title: Programmer with Fabrication Experience** **Job Description** We are seeking a skilled Programmer to assist with the manufacturing process of our products from start to finish. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and excellent communication skills, with experience in fabrication. **Responsibilities** + Create, modify, or delete manufacturing processes as needed. + Research and implement new manufacturing processes. + Ensure all new manufacturing processes conform to government regulations. + Operate machinery and assist with fabrication. **Essential Skills** + Proficiency in CNC programming. + Experience with AutoCAD. + Ability to operate machinery. + Understanding of sheet metal and machining processes. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience and understanding of Solidworks. + Ability to read and understand blueprints. + Prior background in Manufacturing/Fabrication field. + Detail-oriented. **Why Work Here?** Join a company with over 60 years of industry experience and enjoy competitive benefits, including a company-covered portion of medical insurance and 401K matching.
