**Job Title: CNC Programmer** **Responsibilities** + Create and modify CNC programs to ensure optimal machine performance. + Operate CNC machinery, including lathe machines, with proficiency. + Troubleshoot and resolve any programming issues. + Conduct machine changeovers and setups as required. + Read and interpret blueprints to guide programming tasks. **Essential Skills** + Proven experience in CNC programming. + Proficiency with Fanuc control systems. + Ability to operate CNC lathe machines and perform CNC operations. + US Citizenship is required for this position. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience in troubleshooting and machine changeover. + Ability to read and interpret blueprints. + Familiarity with machine operating procedures. **Why Work Here?** Join a company that offers comprehensive benefits including health, dental, and vision insurance, along with a 401k plan with company match upon becoming permanent. The typical workweek is around 50 hours. The environment is stable and supportive, with opportunities for additional shifts. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $41.00 - $41.00/hr.
