Position Details:

A woodworking/millwork manufacturing company is seeking an experienced CNC Programmer with strong proficiency in Mosaic or Cabinet Vision. The CNC Programmer will create programs for cabinet and millwork components, ensure accurate cutting files, and support smooth production operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Create, edit, and optimize CNC programs using Mosaic or Cabinet VisionGenerate cut lists, machining files, and nesting layouts for productionReview drawings, specifications, and project requirements to ensure accuracyWork closely with production teams to resolve programming or machining issuesSet up tooling information, material parameters, and machining strategiesTroubleshoot programming errors and recommend improvementsMaintain organized digital files and documentationSupport continuous improvement in production efficiencies and material usage

Must-Have Skills & Experience:

Minimum 3 years of CNC programming experience in woodworking or millworkProficiency with Mosaic or Cabinet Vision is requiredStrong understanding of cabinet construction, joinery, and machining processesAbility to read technical drawings and convert them into accurate CNC programsGood problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitudeStrong attention to detail and accuracy
