We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented CNC Press Brake Operator to join our fabrication team on our 2nd shift. Monday-Friday, occasional Saturdays. $17.75/hr.

Temp-to-Hire position$17.75 /hourFull Time work availableSecond Shift (Monday through Saturday from 03:15pm to 01:45am)Responsible for setting up, programming, and operating CNC press brake machinery to bend and form metal components based on engineering drawings, blueprints, and work orders. You will play a key role in ensuring high-quality, precise components are produced safely and efficiently.
Set up, program, and operate CNC press brake machines to bend and form metal parts.Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and job orders. Select appropriate tooling and machine settings for each job.Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet dimensional and quality specifications.Perform routine machine maintenance and report mechanical issues as needed.Monitor production efficiency and adjust setups or programs to optimize output.Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.CNC Press Brake Operator Qualifications:
Prior experience operating CNC press brake equipment is required.Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.Strong mechanical aptitude and understanding of fabrication processes. Proficiency with measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, tape measures, etc.).Excellent attention to detail and quality-focused mindset.Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.Reliable, team-oriented, and capable of working independently.Applicant may be subject to a background check*A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
