\n\t\t\t\t\tShop Help (Night Shift – High Priority, 1:30/2:00pm start time) (Day Shift 5:30 am)\nWe are urgently seeking CNC Operators to support our day/night shift operations. This role is critical to our production workflow and offers the opportunity to work with advanced manufacturing processes in a fast-paced environment.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\nOperate and maintain manufacturing equipment\nOperate a CNC Lathe (Gen Mill)(Mitsubishi controls) \nMonitor production quality and troubleshoot issues\nLoad and unloading material to CNC \nFinishing grinding \nSharpening materials \nFollow safety and quality standards\n\nPreferred Qualifications:\nCNC experience \nSharpening experience \nPrior experience in a manufacturing environment\nStrong attention to detail and problem-solving skills\nWillingness to work night shifts\n2. Precision Grind Technician (Night Shift)\nWe are also hiring Precision Grind Technicians for our night shift. This role involves working with high-precision grinding equipment to meet exacting specifications.\n\nProductivity\nLog time and production quantities accurately using LYNQ software.\nReview work orders (“travelers”) to understand material and time requirements.\nKeep production and maintenance logs up to date.\nStay focused and manage time effectively to maintain steady workflow.\nMonitor and improve processes to boost efficiency and reduce waste.\nSafety & Environmental\nFollow all safety protocols, wear PPE, and report hazards.\nHandle materials safely and dispose of waste properly.\nAlways perform “Safe Start” checks on machines after changes.\nComply with all plant safety and environmental guidelines.\nQuality\nConduct regular inspections to ensure products meet quality standards.\nIdentify and correct defects promptly.\nHousekeeping\nKeep the work area clean and organized (5S standards).\nReturn tools to proper places and dispose of dirty shop towels.\nClean work holding devices and inspection tools throughout the day and at shift end.\nGrind Cell Operations\nEco/Trode:\n\nLoad/unload machines and perform safe starts.\nRun wheel dressing programs and adjust setups.\nInspect parts with 10x loupe and fine-tune with hand files.\nPerform tool/wheel changes and make offset adjustments.\nTroubleshoot and diagnose machine issues.\nOkamoto:\n\nLoad/unload parts and set up fixtures.\nPerform manual and automated surface grinding.\nUse gauge blocks to adjust angles.\nHone/Sharpen:\n\nSharpen blades and inspect with 10x loupe.\nTest blade cuts and install set screws as needed.\nDebur:\n\nUse buffing wheels to remove burrs and polish parts.\nHand-finish tool profiles to meet specifications.\nOther Duties\nTrain and support less experienced team members.\nParticipate in inventory counts and 5S activities.\nProvide feedback for process improvements.\nAttend safety training and assist with other tasks as needed.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $25.00/hr.
