**Job Title: CNC Trainee** **Job Description** Join our dynamic team as a CNC trainee where you will learn how to fully run and operate CNC machinery. Once fully trained you will be operating CNC production machines to meet production requirements. You will work with high-quality machines from Toyoda, Haas, Mori Sieki, and Doosan, using Fanuc Controls on the majority of the equipment. **Responsibilities** + Operate CNC machines to meet production requirements. + Maintain quality standards in accordance with ISO regulations. + Ensure proper maintenance of tooling used in the machine. + Monitor and maintain coolant and oil levels. + Utilize inspection tools such as micrometer, calipers, and bore gauges. **Essential Skills** + Proven experience in machine operation. + Proficiency with CNC machines, including operating CNC mills. + Strong mechanical aptitude. + Experience using micrometers, calipers, and gauges for measuring. **Why Work Here?** We offer affordable healthcare plans, including dental and vision insurance, with individual plans starting as low as $20 per week. The CNC machines are organized into machining centers and are primarily FANUC controlled. Although the machine shop is not climate controlled, we provide necessary PPE, including safety glasses, ear protection, gloves, and require steel toe or safety toe shoes. The shifts available are 2nd Shift from 1:45 PM to 10:15 PM and 3rd Shift from 9:45 PM to 6:15 AM. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $20.56 - $20.56/hr.
